About Faded Motorway Cronies
FADED MOTORWAY CRONIES are a self-proclaimed Dublin "artband extraordinaire" who have recently come to light for their peculiar fusion of modern powerchord rock, old-school lead guitar, punchy beats and poetic post-modernist lyricism. Beginning in 2005, Mark W and Mark H wrote songs in the small, quiet town of Blessington or in the equally serene suburb of Knocklyon. The boys wrote a swathe of songs and began to perform live for a few months, having their first gig on the 8th of January 2006.
