The Evergreen Trio play a brand of midwestern emo-style rock with sincerity and without apology. Think of the melodic guitar styles of Mineral with off-kilter vocals of Davey Von Bohlen and the changing rhythm of Joan of Arc. Then throw in some keyboards and samplings. All with tight, immaculate performance and unabashed sincerity and honesty.
