About The Kossabone Red
The Kossabone Red were an Atlanta, Georgia band that existed from 1996 to 1998. Sonically, The Kossabone Red were a good mixture of Cap'n Jazz-inspired emo and catchy spastic hardcore. Members went on or have been in bands such bands as Portrait, Some Soviet Station, The Paper Lions, Electrosleep International, and Airoes. Their only album was a Self-Titled CD/LP put out by Conspiracy Records. This LP is the only record left in print by the band. They also released two 7", one on Ripcord (1997) and one on Insurance scam (1996).
