
Eric Lyon is a composer and developer of computer music software, with specialties in spectral processing and algorithmic sound design. Lyon has composed a large number of works for various instrumental combinations, computer-generated music, hybrid works combining pre-recorded or live computer music with instrumental performance, and music for dance and film. Lyon has taught computer music at Keio University, The International Academy of Media Arts and Science (IAMAS), Dartmouth College and The University of Manchester.
