ERIC LYMAN has been obsessed with music since he combed through the sights and sounds of his parents' extensive LP collection growing up in Manhattan Beach, a seaside town just Southwest of Los Angeles. The influences were vast and varied; from his father's traditional bluegrass and acoustic music to his mother's eclectic stash ranging from the Stones to Bob Marley. The music of local bands hung in the air as well, from the legendary Doors to punk pioneers Black Flag and Descendents.
