About Eric Lin

Eric Lin (1971, Taiwan) aka Lin-Chiwei, is a Taiwanese writer, sound artist and festival curator. As a key figure in the underground scenes in Taipei during the early 1990s, Lin was the co-founding member of Zero and Sound Liberation Organization (Z.S.L.O.), the first noise group in Taiwan. He co-organised Taipei Broken Life Festival (1994/1995) which marks the highpoint of the local noise movement and the underground culture. Since the late-1990s
