
About Enno Velthuys
Enno Velthuys is a somewhat obscure character in the world of Dutch electronic music, who released a whole bunch of tapes in the 80s, mainly on the Exart label from IJmuiden. Highly ambient synthesizer music. He is also the son of the well-known children book author Max Velthuys. In general, it's hard to find much information about Enno Velthuys. Part of that is that he died in 2009 and was quite a recluse. Hessel Veldman however knew him personally, and shares his memories about Velthuys with us:
