About Ellison
There are two bands by this name: a psychedelic/garage band from Montreal, Quebec and an Australian emo band. As per lastfm policy, please DO NOT delete references to either band. 1) Ellison released their sole, self-titled album in 1971. Little is known about the band. However the music has been described as "great guitar work and a real downer vibe that gives the album a scary intensity" (Freak Emporium). The music has a late period garage rock vibe with some use of spooky sound effects and tight playing.
