ELECTRO TEC SERVICES are Los Angeles-based computer music duo Aaron Raab [aka Florida exile Dream Electric] and John von Seggern [one-half of Hong Kong's Digital Cutup Lounge]. Their music combines the cutting edge of contemporary abstract sound design with the rhythms of underground dance music.
