El Postre (engl. "the dessert") is a german "Songs 4 Free" - Rap Metal band from Kamp-Lintfort near Duisburg in Germany. History El Postre were formed in 1997 by half spain and half german brothers Marcel and Andres de la Puente. In 2004 El Postre signed a contract on independent label Mara Records.
