Eddie Tigner, Jr. (Macon, Georgia, August 11, 1926 – April 18, 2019) was an American blues pianist, Hammond organ player, singer and songwriter. He recorded two albums, both released by Music Maker. Ed Tigner, Jr. was born in Macon, Georgia, United States. In the early 1930s, Tigner heard the barrelhouse blues that his mother played at Atlanta house parties. After his father died from the effects of mustard gas poisoning he suffered in World War I
