About Dukebox
Dukebox was founded in early 2007 as a result of a love of the originality and character of 8bit / chip-tune music, as well as the energy of trance and dance. Dukebox carries a unique mix of hard, pumping beats with a good dose of 8bit samples and synths based on old video game machines. The face behind the music is Matt Calmeyer. Born in Cape Town, this South African artist plans on bringing the 8bit scene to South Africa. Matt hopes to finish his degree in graphic design and travel to Japan to start his career in graphic design
