About Drummotive
Drummotive (Roy Funk) is a Dutch jungle/d&b and breakbeat DJ/producer. His fascination with music in general began at an early age. His dad, an early 70s Soul/Motown head himself, made sure music was an important factor in the household. This developed into an interest for all sorts of musical genres spanning from Soul, Funk, early electronica, to psychedelic Rock and more. As a DJ he started with spinning early house music, then championing darker, more bass heavy rave which went on to become known as jungle and drum and bass.
