There is more than one band named Drop Anchor 1. Drop Anchor is a 4-piece rock outfit from the greater Philadelphia, PA area. The band consists of bassist Kevin Mooney and guitarist Matt Buckley who share vocal duties, accompanied by lead guitarist Brad Holstine and drummer Harold Echols. Each member of the band has participated in numerous local musical acts for over a decade and has remained active in the music scene. After having crossed paths several times and collaborating on a few projects, Drop Anchor officially formed in Fall of 2007.
