About Drew Dawson
Little is often expected from a town such as Dixon, IL; a small city once driven by the now collapsed manufacturing industry. With stretches of shut down factories and outdated neighborhoods it would be easy to miss if it weren’t for one voice booming out of every club in town. That voice is 16 year old Drew Dawson. Though still young, Drew has been singing and performing for as long as she can recall. “I remember dancing in circles singing Selena’s Bidi Bidi Bom Bom at the top of my lungs,” said the young vocalist about her childhood.
