About Dresden China
Dresden China is well known in English, because "China" means (after the country of origin) porcelain. Hence the name "Dresden China". Why does a band give themselves this name? It signals: expensive, precious but fragile. The two heads of Dresden China met in Frankfurt in 1984 to finally make their own dreams come true. Ulrich Werdin (born in Munich), he began his career as a drummer, guitarist and later as a singer. He was not only interested in the music itself, but also in the art of recording and recording it.
