Dragonslayer is a nwobhm band from the United Kingdom who formed in 1978 under the name of Heavy Thunder. They changed their name to Slayer in 1980, then to Dragonslayer in 1983 to avoid confusion with the well known thrash act. 3. Dragonslayer is a heavy metal band from Concepción, Chile. They formed in 2004.
