About Douglas Doherty
Douglas Doherty was born in 1956 in Port Harcourt Nigeria. His first significant musical experience was under the tropical stars at the age of seven, in what can only be described as a highly traumatic Nativity Play. At boarding school in England, even under the ministrations of a music teacher of the very old school (the Rolling Stones were apparently not musicians because they were incapable of writing their music down!), his interest in music developed
