About Double
At least two musical acts are known as Double: 1. Double was a Swiss duo consisting of Felix Haug (drums and keyboards) and Kurt Maloo (guitar and vocals). Previously part of a trio called Ping Pong, they achieved international success in 1986 with the ballad “The Captain of Her Heart,” which reached #16 on the US pop chart, #4 on the US Adult Contemporary chart, #8 in the UK, and #17 in Canada. The song appeared on their debut album "Blue" and remained their most notable hit.
