Dogs Barking is an art punk/noise rock quartet based in Sacramento, CA comprised of Andrew Gipson Richardson, Taylor Kohl, Zack Bissell and Matt Maxwell. Originally formed in 2021 to play songs Andy had written for a one-off live video session, the band then became fully active the following year.
