About Djunya
Joseph Jr. also known as DJUNYA, is an electronic music producer, sound designer, & educator. DJUNYA started composing music at a very young age after falling in love with percussion and piano. He continued to pursue his love for all types of music by studying west african percussion, analog synthesizers, & digital audio software. DJUNYA began DJ’ing primarily Drum & Bass in 1999. Following that period he was one of the early US producer’s to adopt the UK born Dubstep sound.
