A drummer at heart, Mikael Mattison is a musician who produces under the name of DJ Mayson. As part of a musical family of seven, Mikael grew up in the small town of Boden, in northern Sweden. Under the tutelage of his father, he began learning the drums at the age of seven, quickly developing an aptitude for the instrument that would thrive throughout his teenage years. After studying at several specialist music schools, Mikael spent three years touring with bands
