About Diktatūra
Diktatūra (meaning "The dictatorship") is a patriotic metal band from Lithuania. Over time (the band released its first album in 1996) some members changed. Lyrical themes include the fatherland, honor, war, Lithuanian traditions and culture, patriotism; although some songs are not related to these subjects. The band came into existence in the mid 90s and at first played radical songs, some of which had lyrics which were alleged to be nazi or racist, however, others were about football hooligans and boneheads.
