About Die Alexanders
The Alexanders were formed in 1967. Founding member Alexander Schilling was leader and trombonist of the band. At the same time he acted as the namesake of the band. Among other things, the musicians Reinhard Lakomy , Uve Schikora , Andreas Andy Altenfelder , Johannes Lemke (drums) and guitarist Johannes Hansi Biebl worked with the Alexanders in the initial phase of the existence. In 1969, the wind group consisted of four wind players. Singer and guitarist Herbert Dreilich and keyboardist Ulrich Ed Swillms joined the Alexanders in 1969.
