About Die 3. Generation
Die 3. Generation was a German music group from Berlin. The trio was formed through a casting organized by Arne Beyer and his label telemedia GmbH and consisted of Tolga Ölmez, Julian Strehle, and Darko Kordic. In 1998, the group appeared in the ZDF Christmas series "Zwei allein", and in 1999 it received the Echo Pop award for best newcomer band. The group achieved its greatest success in 2000 with the song "Leb!", the theme for the first season of "Big Brother", which topped the German singles chart for two weeks.
