About Dicta License
Dicta License was formed towards the end of the year 1999, with Pochoy Labog on vocals, Kelley Mangahas on bass, Boogie Romero on guitar/vocals, and Bryan Makasiar on drums. The original line-up that was brought together was basically a merge of two bands that were starting out during that time. Shirley Beans and Reaction 105 were bands that were already making a push to prove themselves in the music scene. However, certain things didn’t work out and the bands were broken up. From the remains of these two groups emerged Dicta License.
