Melodic, Powerful, Hook-laden Hard Rock. From the ashes of two of Philadelphia's most popular hard rock bands "The Element" and "Noosphere" comes DEVISE. Brought together by fate and an undying passion for Rock 'n' Roll. Debut EP produced by Morgan Rose (Sevendust/Call Me No One) and Devise, due out early 2013.
