About Devil Inside
1. Devil Inside (now known as Jaylan) was a German metalcore band from Berlin, known for blending heavy guitar riffs with hip-hop and rap elements, a style they termed "ghetto metal." They were three musicians of Turkish background and two of German background. The band was signed to Alveran Records. They debuted with the album 36 Karat on November 22, 2001. Devil Inside's sound incorporated influences from their members' cultural backgrounds, merging traditional Turkish music with aggressive metalcore and hardcore styles.
