About desolation zone
Desolation Zone is an industrial project founded by Krzysztof Wlodarski in 1995 in Zielona Gora, Poland. Desolation Zone explores the fields between pure mechanical music, electronic and acoustic noise, trying to transcend the limits of experimental music, the border between chaos and art, order and disorder, to show there is no such a division. The post-human context of equality of source sound and music itself, the visualizations for live performances, the emotionally empty form reflects the industrial aesthetics.
