An observant Jew, DeScribe's world view is strongly influenced by the teachings of Chabad Chassidism and the Lubavitcher Rebbe. He views music as a medium to awaken the human soul. Featured on a CBS documentary "Faith, Music, & Culture" (2009), DeScribe takes his musical mission very seriously.
