About Demetria Taylor
Demetria Taylor was the seventh child out of eight in the Blues Family of Eddie Taylor Sr. and Vera Taylor. Born in Chicago 1973. Since she was part of a blues family, Blues greats would always come over and visit. People like Floyd Jones, Carey Bell, Sunnyland Slim, Johmmy littlejohn, Willie Kent, and Magic Slim. Her influences are: Etta James, Bessie Smith, Big Mama Thornton and Koko Taylor (No relation to the Taylor family). She also has gospel roots. She is the youngest of the Taylor offspring, and the latest to break out as a star.
