def rebel is, indeed, a pseudonym for DJDTP, a music production company based in New York, where WWE Music Group is also headquartered. WWE and DJDTP have been working together since, at least, February 2019, when they announced the official themes of WrestleMania 35, which were produced and published by DJDTP. def rebel’s first try at entrance music was broadcasted on April 29th 2019, providing WWE alumni Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder with a new sound in “Still Major”, a reference to their Major Brothers days.
