About Deerfield
There's two band with the name Deerfield: 1. Formed in Houston, Texas in 1968, they were originally known as The Dream Machine. Their album, a mixture of country rock and psychedelia, has attracted increasing interest from collectors. It was issued with a letter (in envelope) stuck inside the cover. Charles Bickley is now the owner of a small Austin Texas based label named Buttermilk Records which released several vinyl LP's and 45's in the seventies.
