About Bill Jerpe
Bill Jerpe is a singer songwriter from upstate New York. He was an original member of the group Brass Buttons from Rochester. After leaving Brass Buttons Bill Jerpe was signed to Epic Records and released two 7" singles under the name Bill Hjerpe in the late 60's. One critic suggested that the singles "sounded like Bob Dylan on speed" After being released from Epic Records Bill dropped the H at the beginning of his last name. He then moved to Saugerties
