About Debra Fotheringham
Debra Fotheringham, the ninth of eleven children, grew up in American Fork, Utah. Her father had been a professional jazz saxophonist earlier in his life. At the age of sixteen, she began to perform in local venues. In 2007 she worked with Nashville-based producer/engineer Giles Reaves (Patty Griffin, Chantal Kreviazuk) on her self-titled debut album. The album was recorded as a three-man project with Reaves providing drums/keyboards, Ryan Tilby providing bass, and Fotheringham on all guitars, percussion, and vocals.
