About Dearly Departed
BIOGRAPHY Mike-vocals, Jeff-guitar, Jonathan-guitar, Joe-bass, Danny-drums As veterans of the diverse Long Island Hardcore scene, the members of Dearly Departed first formed in late 2001. With vocalist Mike Mallamo (formerly of Inside), Bassist Joe Rubino (of Tension), guitarist Jon Cox (also of Tension, Earthling Massive and From Autumn to Ashes), Guitarist Jeff Bodzer (from Helen of Troy), and Danny Lopez (of Scarab) five very different musical tastes joined together to form a style as original as it is hard to pinpoint.
