Dead Sea Apes is an instrumental group based in Manchester. Formed in mid-2009, their music is a dynamic blend of desert rock, drone, garage rock, krautrock, post-rock, western soundtracks and psychedelia. They are: Brett Savage (guitar), Chris Hardman (drums), Jack Toker (bass, 2018-present) Nick Harris (bass, 2009-2017), Major releases Soy Dios - 2010, re-released 2016 Lupus - 2012 The Sun Behind The Sun (with Black Tempest) - 2013 High Evolutionary - 2014
