About De Tollens
Under the moniker of De Tollens, the Delft-based Berend Tol (born August 22, 1975) writes and records songs every now and then. In 1991, when he was only 16 years old, he recorded his instrumental debut song, entitled "Intro", on a multi-track cassette recorder, playing every instrument himself. His so-called 'signature song' is "In een droom kan alles", from 1995. This is a Dutch song of which the title translates to English as "In a Dream, Everything is Possible". The song features Tol himself on vocals, guitar, keyboard and djembe.
