There are several artists with the name DDR; 1. Martial Industrial and Experimental project run by Stefano Rossello from Rome (Italy). http://www.discogs.com/artist/153560 D-D-R 2. DDR is an indie post-punk band from Istanbul, Turkey . Inspired by the out of date Deutsche Demokratische Republik (German Democratic Republic), Cihan Cinemre and Can Batukan founded the band in 2002. On the same year, the band released its first demo Post-technik.
