About DC La Rue
Born 26th April, 1948, Meriden, CA, U.S.A. D.C. Larue (and variations thereof) came to prominence in the mid 1970s thanks to a disco approach that was influenced by orchestral instrumentation but retained the vocal refrain. His most prominent work is believed to be the 1976 release "Ca-The-Drals". Other notable tracks include "Let Them Dance" and "You Can Always Tell A Lady" which featured in the 1978 Robert Klane film "Thank God It's Friday".
