They were known as Grip between 1992 and 1994 and existed as Dayspring from 1994 to 1995. 2) Dayspring was a post-hardcore indie band from Plymouth, Michigan. It featured James Alleman on guitar and vocals, Danny Fick on bass guitar, and Noah Salter on drums. They released one album, Spoiling the Myth, in 2004. 3) DaySpring is the name of the praise band from DaySpring Church in the Hills area of Sydney, Australia.
