
About Daniel Janin
Born in France to a musical family, Daniel Janin discovered jazz radio during the German occupation . In 1957, Jean Nohain hired him for his first contract as a vibraphonist on a tour with Sim and the trio Raisner . In 1958, Daniel Janin was hired as musical arranger and begins to attend the recording studio. In September 1961 , after seeing him at the Olympia before his "big band" of seventeen young professional musicians, Bruno Merrick hired him for three weeks devoted to Johnny Hallyday .
