About Damiak
Abe Dichi, born in Mexico city, left at an early age to live in Texas for his early childhood then moved back to Mexico City for his remaining adolescence. In 1997 he left Mexico to live in Israel, France and Spain. In 2000 He went to the U.S and ended up in San Francisco. He hooked up with a local label and in 2004 he released a 7” on the n5MD imprint entitled Pesero which was a glitch beat heavy outing that primed Damiak as an artist to watch. Shortly after the 7” Dichi released 2 tracks on the Konstrukt Collective’s IONS compilation.
