About Dagmar Andrtová-Voňková
Born in 1948 in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. Self-taught guitarist and singer-songwriter. Her music is rooted in folk and folk songs, but using her unique guitar technique (uses bows or plays completely on fingerboard) and emotive vocals she exceeds this genre far to somewhat paganish, rough, transcendental, emotive area of sonic self-expression.
