Daddy Longhead was Jimbo Yongue, Jeff Pinkus and Rey Washam and produced by Paul Leary of the Butthole Surfers. They're a band seemingly influenced just as much by Black Sabbath as by The Butthole Surfers. They're nothing like The Residents and Bongwater, but quite a bit like Killdozer, but with a less harsh vocal style. They're not as psychedelic as The Surfers and Helios Creed, but otherwise there are definite similarities with those musical wizards as well. Bands such as QOTSA and KYUSS probably respect the music of Daddy Longhead.
