CTMF (a.k.a. Wild Billy Childish & CTMF) is a punk / rock 'n roll band from the United Kingdom, fronted by English painter, author, poet, photographer, film maker, singer, guitarist and DIY underground phenomenon, Billy Childish (born Chatham, United Kingdom, 1 December 1959). CTMF is essentially a continuation, with the same personnel, of an earlier Childish backing band: The Musicians of the British Empire (also known as The MBEs). With the MBEs as his backing band, Childish released three albums in 2007 and 2008.
