About Cristian Buica
As he likes to say his "production year is 1960, 6th May". Born in Reşiţa(pronounced - Re'shi'tzah), Romania. He sings since he was 14-15 years old. At the age of 16 he won his first important prize - First place at a competition between high-schools (and a 7 days trip, for free, in Paring). At that point he was a student at Computer Science High School in Timişoara. At the age of 17 he was in Reşiţa, at another high-school and sings for Cenaclul Atheneum.
