Courtney Swain is a singer, pianist, and composer based in Providence, Rhode Island. She is the frontwoman of the rock band Bent Knee. Her breakthrough solo album, Between Blood and Ocean, was released independently on May 1st, 2019. Swain's music was described as “a gorgeous blend of overwhelming vocal talent, modern keyboard techniques, and contemporary sophistication” by New England Noise.
