About Cormac De Barra
Cormac de Barra is an Irish harpist and singer (and television presenter) and is part of Moya Brennan's band and has recorded a series of albums as Moya Brennan & Cormac DeBarra. Cormac is also part of a family trio, Barcó, with his brothers Fionán and Éamonn. De Barra comes from a family of traditional musicians and singers from Dublin with roots in County Cork. He studied Irish harp with his grandmother, Róisín Ní Shé, in Dublin and went on to study concert harp in the US with Leone Paulson.
