There are two Comptrollers: 1) Comptroller is an electronic musician based in Scotland, active since 2006. He has used a Nintendo Game Boy, Commodore 64, Sega Dreamcast and other devices to create thick melodic/noisy songs. News and releases can be found at his website comptroller.neocities.org. 2) Comptroller is a New York City basement based musician. Also active since 2006, he no longer lives in a basement, but still kinda has that basementy aesthetic.
